5.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, educational purposes only.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAM-ASEAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.
